Why would I want to become a member of Save the World?

That's a great question - our members do not receive a membership card, a t-shirt, a canvas bag, voting rights or even a thank you letter (we do send an email though). STW is dedicated to having no administrative overhead and all of the previously listed items cost money. So what do you get? You'll get to be a part of an organization that is making a difference. Look at the pictures on this page. A high quality child wheelchair costs $350. If 14 people joined and each gave a $25 donation, another child in Africa, or Jamaica, or Vietnam could get a wheelchair. Rest assured that 100% of donations are used for humanitarian purposes.

*Name and address (or region if you do not want to give out your address)
*Email address
*Whether we can list you as a member (and donor) on our web site (we can always list you by your initials or by first name - just specify)
*Whether we can list the amount you donated (those desiring not to be listed by name on the web site are listed as anonymous donors)

How much do you have to donate to become a member?

Although strongly encouraged, you don't have to make a donation to become a member. We would love for everyone to make a donation, but we will not exclude anyone due for inability to do so money.
